Throughout his working experience as a psychologist, he has provided support to individuals navigating career transitions, workplace stress, and interpersonal conflicts. Additionally, Nathan has worked with incarcerated individuals to facilitate rehabilitation and promote behavioural change.

Nathan utilises an empathetic and client-centred approach, with a focus on fostering a supportive environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to enact meaningful change in their lives.

His primary therapeutic framework is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), though Nathan tends to draw on elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to provide a tailored approach to addressing a wide range of psychological challenges.
