DVA Group Class
This class is for Veteran healthcare card holders (White and Gold) and will require a D904 from your Doctor. These classes are designed specifically for veteran needs in a safe and sociable environment.
Balance & Falls Prevention
This class is designed for those at risk of falls or have been diagnosed with osteopenia/porosis. The class will cover balance, strength, and cardiorespiratory training.
Fitness & Movement
This class is targeted at those who want to get moving!
It is a perfect opportunity to continue on from your care plan or just to access a class run by a university qualified instructor.
Type 2 Diabetes Group Classes
Classes commence on March 4th & will run every Monday at 3:00pm
This small group class includes appropriate and effective exercises to support in better managing your diabetes and enhancing your quality of life. Exercises are tailored to your specific needs and held within a friendly and supportive environment.
GP referral is requiried. Classes are bulk billed with a valid Medicare card.
Mums & Bubs
This class is designed for postpartum mums looking to regain their strength and mobility, while bonding with bub (<18 months old). Note: You must be cleared by your doctors to exercise before joining this class (usually minimum 6 weeks postpartum).
Prenatal Class
This class is suitable for all three trimesters of pregnancy, with adaptable and safe exercises for your ever-changing bodies during pregnancy. Note: You must be cleared by your doctors to exercise before joining this class.
Postnatal Class
This class is designed for women who are returning to exercise post pregnancy who are looking at rebuilding their abdominal wall and pelvic floor. Note: You must be cleared by your doctors to exercise before joining this class (usually minimum 6 weeks postpartum).
Matwork Pilates
This class is a small group class focused on building strength and endurance of your full body, with a focus on core and glutes. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities, as long as you can get on and off the floor!
