Kieran Eaton is an experienced Psychologist, approaching therapy with a strong foundation in empathy, active listening, and fostering collaborative partnerships with clients. Specialising in working with adults and older adolescents, Kieran is dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration. With a keen interest in the diverse narratives of human experience, Kieran acknowledges the spectrum of emotions including sorrow, loss, triumph, and resilience.

Kieran’s primary therapeutic framework is working from a Cognitive Behavioural lens, exploring the intricate dynamics between thoughts, actions, and emotional responses during sessions. Kieran emphasises being able to tailor her approach to each client, meaning she draws skills from other perspectives such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Committed to staying up to date with the latest therapeutic interventions, Kieran actively engages in continuing education and professional development.

When not at work, Kieran answers to a very bossy toddler and 2 noisy dogs, while working on never-ending renovation projects.
