Hayley has experience in working across the lifespan but has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents to develop individualised and strength-based goals to address their learning needs and improve educational outcomes for at-risk, vulnerable, and complex young people.

As an experienced psychologist, Hayley has worked in educational and forensic settings, utilising evidence-based assessment tools to provide cognitive, adaptive, educational, and behavioural assessments across the lifespan. The outcomes from these assessments are used to inform and develop individualised goals to assist teachers, parents and students. She also believes in developing strong relationships with parents and young people.

Hayley has experience completing disability support applications for Government, Catholic and Independent schools as well as the NDIS which includes diagnosis of specific learning, intellectual, autism spectrum, childhood behavioural and emotional disorders including anxiety and depression. She has a special interest in the Science of Reading and evidence-based literacy instruction.
